About Kirsten Cox

PGP Growth is led by Kirsten Cox, an experienced business adviser, mentor and leadership development specialist with more than 35 years’ experience across corporate organisations, SMEs and growing businesses.
Before moving into consultancy and mentoring, Kirsten held senior leadership roles spanning business transformation, digital strategy, commercial development and operations. Her experience includes leading large teams, managing complex commercial negotiations and helping organisations navigate significant periods of change.
Today, she works with founders, managing directors, senior leaders and leadership teams who are navigating growth, increased complexity or a change in what their organisation requires from them.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical business experience. Kirsten isn’t there to provide all the answers. She helps leaders step back from the immediate problem, see what may be less obvious from inside the business and make better decisions about what happens next.
