How much time will I need to commit?
The programme is designed to fit around running your business. You’ll work through the guidance and exercises at your own pace, taking time to reflect on and apply what you learn. You’ll also participate in four private 60 minute one-to-one review conversations with Kirsten.
How long does the programme take to complete?
The programme is designed to fit around your business commitments, with participants typically completing the programme over eight weeks.
The four learning modules each take approximately two hours to work through, but there’s no need to complete them in one sitting. You can work at your own pace, saving your progress and returning whenever it suits you.
Your four, 60-minute, one-to-one review sessions, typically held fortnightly, provide dedicated time to reflect on your progress, challenge your thinking and agree your next steps.
What happens during the one-to-one conversations?
These are private, practical conversations focused on your business. Kirsten will help you explore the issues you’re facing, question assumptions, refine your thinking and translate the programme’s exercises into meaningful actions.
Will I finish with an actual strategy for my business?
You’ll work towards a clearer strategic direction, stronger organisational foundations and a focused 90-day action plan. The programme provides the structure, tools and guidance to develop these for your own business, rather than delivering a generic strategy or a consultant-written plan.
Will I need to pay for further consultancy afterwards?
No. The Strategic Reset is designed as a standalone programme. You can implement your priorities independently, although further strategic advisory or implementation support is available separately if you decide it would be valuable.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have identified the strategic, leadership and organisational priorities that matter most. For some leaders, that will be enough to move forward independently.
